He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kokendoffer of Ponca City; his children, Rene Vap (David) of Ponca City and Stuart Simons (Tresa) of Collinsville; and his sisters, Winifred Peetoom of Duncan and Lora Ann Hudson of Eakly.
