He was predeceased by: his father Franklin Donald Keel; his grandparents, Mary Ruth of Virginia, Delby Ray Scaggs, Wayne Lee Brown, Hilda Bessie Murphy and Freeman Edmond Keel; and his cousins, Scott Alexander, Zachary Austin Keel and Tracey Taliaferro.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Kay Scaggs; his wife April Dawn Parkinson; his children, Silas Holden Keel, Zachary Nikowa Keel, Lydia Marie Keel and Micah Benjamin Keel; his sisters, Edie Robins, Amy Brown (Andrew), Julie Keel, Kelly Cabreros (Ellison) and Laura Brown; his grandmother Clarice Estelle Oplinger Brown; his parents-in-law, Lana and Tom Parkinson; and his siblings-in-law, David Parkinson (Chanelle), Jason Smith (Stacy), Stacy Hanson (Dirk) and Kama Woods (Phillip). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
