She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Williams and Lezzie Williams; her former husband Blaine Ramsey; her son Richard J. Kincaid; her siblings, Geraldine McGinnis and Randy Williams; and her granddaughter Benita Caauwe.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Christie Schmitt-Shinn (John) of Norman, Shirley Bennet of Tampa, Frances Turri (Daren) of North Port, Linda Holgate of Fort Myers, Ron Ramsey of Englewood and Renee Culpepper of Georgia; her grandchildren, Madalene, Blaine, Kori, Racheal, Pamela, Veronica, Madison, Odessa, Shaun, Devin, Erica and Zachary; her great grandchildren, Emilee, Seth, Kash, Ella, Danae, Zoe, Lea, Beau, Elyse, Liam, Lucas and Astro; and her siblings, Rex Williams, Shirley McGinnis, Evelyn Brannum and Freda Dickey. She is also survived by loving family members and friends.
