He was predeceased by: his parents, Connie Roosevelt Gould and Erma Jacobs Gould; his granddaughter Jennifer; and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his wife Dottie Simonsen; his children, Vicki Smith (Lanny) of Norman and Steve Gould (Melinda) of Norman; his grandchildren, Phil Gould, Logan Gould (Carleigh) and Alecia Nelson (David); his great grandchildren, Parker and Brooks Nelson; and his siblings, Harold Gould (Barbara) of Dover, OH, Wayne Gould (Kathy) of Miami, OK and Pat Reed of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Primrose Funeral Service (1109 N Porter Ave, Norman, OK 73071). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Meals On Wheels of Norman, an organization close to the family's heart.
