He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Helm and Bernice Helm (Irwin); and his brothers, Joe Helm and Bill Helm. He is survived by: his wife Jerri Starr-Helm; his sons, Steve Helm and Dave Helm; his sisters, Judy, Susan and Sally; and his grandchildren, Chris and Courtney.
