He is survived by: his wife Joan Hines; his daughter Tracey; his son-in-law Mitchell Blackburn; his grandchildren, Lindsey Blackburn-Hale (Jeremy Hale), Jordan Horn (Zach Horn) and Parker Blackburn; and his great grandchildren, Ellington Horn and Murphy Horn.
