He is survived by: his fiancé Courtnay Thomas; his parents, David Moran and Dee Ann Moran; his sister Lindsey Moran; his grandparents, Richard, Delores Moran and Ed Manek; his pets, Scout, Penny and Zeus; and also Brett. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Brett won several awards for his organization in transportation project management, but was most proud of his contributions to the Flood Roundabout as part of the James Garner Avenue extension.
