She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Bohn and Harvey Bohn; and her sister Patti Choate. She is survived by: her husband Ted Witten; her daughters, Anne (Ryan Stubblefield) and Beth (Jason McCullough); her grandchildren, Jason McCullough Jr., Brandon Geurin (Layla), Parker Geurin (Maddy), Paige McCullough (L. J.), David McCullough, Hailey Shaffer, Lydia McCullough, Teddy McCullough and Clint McCullough; her great grandchildren, Creed Sankadota and Matthew Geurin; her sister-in-law Jan Newcomb; her nephews, Andy Choate and Danny Choate (Sara); and her niece Jennifer (Edgar Moya).

In lieu of flowers, Cathi would like donations in her honor to be made to the McFarlin Food Pantry.
