He was predeceased by: his parents, James Derby and Ruth Derby; his brother Kim Derby; and his nephew Brennan Derby. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Derby; his brothers, Paul Derby (TJ) of Falls Church, Virginia, John Derby of Franklinton and Joe Derby (Karin) of Rices Landing, Pennsylvania.; and his sister-in-law Tracy Diehl (Rod). He is also survived by two nieces; three nephews; four great nieces; and six great-nephews.
