He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Dean and Oleta Dean; his children, Rhonda Carol (David) of Norman and Charles Edward, Jr. (Cassy) of Osceola, Missouri; his grandchildren, Trevor Clay Dean, Mary Eleanor Kyncl, Maddison Paige Dean and Jonathan David Kyncl; his brother Harvey (Sharon) of Pittsburg, Kansas.; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Dean and Evelyn Stevens.
