He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Seapy, Sr. and Laura Louise Seapy (Barrett); and his brother Thomas Francis Seapy. He is survived by: his children, Jason Paul and Erin Danielle of Edmond; his wife Pamela Seapy of Norman; his daughter-in-law Christine Seapy of Norman; his sister Karen; his brother-in-law Chuck Scruggs of Edmond; his grandchildren, John Paul Seapy and Elida Louise Seapy; and his pet Skipper. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family, friends.
