He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Kacmarcik of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his son Cameron Kacmarcik (Valerie) of Euless; his grandsons, Xander and Zachary Kacmarcik of Euless; his brother Don Kacmarcik (Flo) of Sarasota, Florida; his stepsons, Jason Ethridge of Norman and Jared Ethridge of Noble, Oklahoma; his nephews, Robert, Gary, Ronald, Michael, Steve and David Kacmarcik; and his niece Leanne Blair.
