He is survived by: his wife Vivian Heiskell of Canton; his sister Barbara Coffman of Scottsdale, AZ; his children, Brian Holt (Connie) of Edmond and Marcy Maney (James) of Yukon; his brother-in-law Reavis; and his nephew Brian. He is also survived by three granddaughters; two grandsons; and two great-granddaughters with another great-granddaughter.
