He is survived by: his children, Donnie Mayhall (Amy) of McCurtain, OK and Kimberly McCormick (Phillip Carter); his grandchildren, Kaylee Mayhall, Hailey, Justin McCormick, Brianna Brady, Nick Lovell (Sara), Kevin Mayhall (Aneisha), Kara Mayhall, Joshua Herrington, Calvin Herrington (Kaylie) and Shyanne Herrington; his great grandchildren, Craslee, Castin Lovell, Kashton Mayhall, Ayvrei Mayhall, Briar Brasier, Maddy, Rhett, Reese, Scarlett and Caine Herrington; his siblings, Leonard Ray of Enterprise, OK, Mary Ellen, Rick Vondeveld of Clairemore, OK and Linda Mayhall; and his siblings-in-law, Carol, Rick Ary, Don and Sue FiskChester.
