In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Clinton had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Clinton may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lewis Horne and Ruby Lettie Horne (Kincaid); his brother Emmett Lee Horne; and his granddaughter McKenzie Horne. He is survived by: his sons, Bobby Horne (Katrina) of Wichita, KS and James Horne (Misty) of Perkins; and his grandchildren, Bailey Horne, Kolby Horne, Mikayla Horne and Ashlynn Horne. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends.
