She is survived by: her parents, Robert "Bobby" Lepak and Paige Lepak of Norman; her sisters, Olivia, Violet and Evangeline Lepak; and her grandparents, Mark, Linda Stoia Lepak of Claremore, Bruce and Kim Arthur of McKinney, Texas. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Women's Center Grief Education Fund at the INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center.
