He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Potts (Steven) and Jo Ann Crouch (Brad); his grandchildren, Jaron Potts, Alex Potts (Shanea), Jessica Butler (John), Stephanie Potts, Sarah Potts, Thomas Crouch, Christa Crouch, Joshua Crouch, Katherine Crouch, David Crouch and Jonathan Crouch; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Melaine, Theo, John Jr. and Penelope. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
