He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin "Ben" Eugene Stockwell and Marjorie "Marge" Ribble Stockwell; his former wife Marcie Henry Stockwell; and his parents-in-law, T. J. and Pat Henry.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Walkley of Norman; his daughters, Mackenzie Stockwell Dennis (Ryan Dennis) of Oklahoma City and Madison Stockwell Clark (John Clark) of Oklahoma City; his sister Peggy Stockwell (Richard Stevens) of Norman; his grandchildren, Weston Dennis, Jack Dennis, Berkley Clark, Crew Clark, Hunter Kemmet and Margot Shelton; his niece Elizabeth Stevens; his nephew Michael Stevens; and his pet Sydney Ellen Wade.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Meals on Wheels Norman, a charity close to Dave's heart.
