He is survived by: his wife Carol Burnell of Norman, OK; his daughters, Rachel Otten of Oklahoma, Viola Lawson (Kyle) of Missouri and Bailey Dowdy of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Helena Todd, Ivy Dowdy of Oklahoma, Skylar, Falous, Willow and Octavia Lawson of Missouri; and his siblings, Brian Burnell (Ann) of Bowling Green, KY and Kimberly Burnell (Terry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
