He was predeceased by: his mother Loene Webb. He is survived by: his father Ernest Webb of Noble; his wife Jeanne Webb of Norman; his son Mark Webb; his daughter-in-law Rachel Webb; his grandson Brooks Webb of Mustang; his daughter Kristen Webb; his son-in-law Michael Osburn; his grandson Damon Webb of Norman; his brother Eddie Webb; his sister-in-law Michelle Webb of Nevada; his sister Sue Warnke; his brother-in-law Jim Warnke of Elk City; his sister Jeannie Humphrey; and his brother-in-law Gary Humphrey of Noble. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Noble food closet.
