He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Joseph Williams and Pauline "Polly" Ray Williams; and his siblings, Patricia Williams and Gary Paul Williams. He is survived by: his wife Judy Williams; his daughter Rebecca "Becky" Sue Melsek of Norman, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Rachelle Melsek, Ashley Elizabeth Melsek Walker and David Garrett Melsek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
