She is survived by: her mother Billie Cummings of Oklahoma City; her daughter Cheryl Ruiz; her son-in-law Scott of Norman; her sister Jeanette Anderson (Johnny) of Oklahoma City; her grandchildren, Kylie Efaw (Nick) and Christopher Ruiz (Andreea); and her great grandchild Charli Efaw.
