It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Putman of Norman, Oklahoma, born in Blanchard, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Quinton and Ruth Selmer Findley (Woods); her husband Velter Dane Putman; and her brothers, Jimmy Findley, Jackie Findley and Roland Bowling.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Washburn (Bobby), Kenny Putman (Debbie), Kelly Ireland and Elcide Davis, Jr.; her grandchildren, Nick Hailey (Lacey), Anthony Hailey (Jennifer), Saphronia Adkins (Randall), Christina Hailey Dischinger and Latonya Davis Erebholo; her great grandchildren, Brody Hailey, Hunter Hailey, Orin Adkins, Landon Hailey, Grayson Hailey, Isaiah, Ezra, Chase Erebholo, Amanda, Samantha, Joseph and Jonathan Dischinger; her sister Donna Putman; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Findley and Beverly Novich. She is also survived by loving family members and friends.
