She is survived by: her husband Jerry Loeffelholz; her children, Gary G. Loeffelholz (Carol) of Oklahoma City and Debra D. Loeffelholz of Lexington; her sister-in-law Betty Loeffelholz; and her nieces and nephews, Steve Adams (Cyndi), Joyce Stout, Teresa Adams and David Adams.
