She is survived by: her children, Marian Leitka of Norman Oklahoma, Jon Leitka of Bethany Oklahoma and Joe Leitka of Yukon Oklahoma; her siblings, Eugene Holcomb of La Puente, CA and Betsy Dickson of Welling Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Devin Leitka (Lucia McKinney) of Tecumseh Oklahoma, Mack Leitka (Kaylee Bemo), Wolf Leitka of Norman Oklahoma and Summer Leitka of Bethany Oklahoma; and her great grandchildren, Courtnee, Richard Pyle of Norman Oklahoma, Tristan Smith-Leitka and Praise.
