He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hartsell and Cleo Hartsell (Honea); and his sister Bobbie Jernigan. He is survived by: his wife Alethea (Tucker); his children, Rick Hartsell (Laura) of Fort Worth, TX and Pam Copeland of Fort Worth, TX; his stepdaughters, Lori Hughes and Alissa Head of Columbus, OH.; and his siblings, Glenda Keilstrup (Duane) of Arlington, TX. and Tom Hartsell (Peggy) of Nocona, TX.
