He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Jo Shearer; his daughter Amber Shearer; his stepchildren, Simona Teran, Victor Teran Jr. (Laura) and Jesse Teran (Katy); his brothers, Robert Shearer (Sara) and Larry Shearer (Beth); and his grandchildren, Frances Harrison, Tomas Teran, Marcus Teran, Hector Delacruz, Emma Delacruz, Victor Jesse Teran, Annette Teran and Martin Teran. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
