It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Don Gaines of Norman, Oklahoma, born in Shawnee, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 9, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father J. A. Gaines; and his brother Steve Lee Gaines. He is survived by: his children, Gary Don Gaines, Jr. and Gwendolyn Osborne; his brother Eugene; his sister-in-law Rosemary Gaines; his sister Wilma Gaines; his siblings' children, Temika Berry, Latosha Gaines, Terrence Berry, Crystal Toles (Jermaine), Eugene Young (Amber), Meagan Chokey (William), Kadeem Gaines (Rachel) and William Gaines; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kenyatta Gaines, Tamia Berry and Tayla Willis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
