He is survived by: his wife Judy Floyd of Norman; his children, Mark Floyd (Carrie) of Norman, Cynthia Floyd (John) of Norman, Lynne Driver (Russ) of Norman and Keith Johnson (Lori) of Blanchard; his siblings, Dr. Koy Floyd (Kay) of Norman and Carolyn Floyd Taylor of Hot Springs, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Chloe Floyd Herider, Abigail Floyd Herider, Fletcher Floyd, Dawson Floyd, Gary Driver, Shea, Kristy Meschberger, Kolton, Molly Cole, Virgil and Brad Driver; his great grandchildren, Kate Sousa, Angel, Carlie Wallace, Canyon, Mary-Liz Dougherty, Zoe Driver, Emma Driver, Jade Meschberger, Parker Meschberger, Taylor Cole, Luke, James Cole and Kaitlyn; and his great great grandchild Blakely Wallace.

Fond memories of a humble but great man with an incredible sense of humor.. The key role Glenn played as an OU then Harvard University attorney was as a municipal bond lawyer, Floyd was a historic and positive factor in building towns and cities statewide. It was reported in 2012 some 3,000 bond issues of $10 billion were among his works. RIP.”
