He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest L. "Cotton" Irwin and Bertie E. Irwin (Neer); and his brother Richard L. "Dick" Irwin. He is survived by: his children, Tamara Beam Cain (Marty), Grant Irwin, Jr. (Brenda) and Melinda Jane Irwin (Dale Frey); his grandsons, Stephen Grant Beam and Brooks Ryan Cain (Sarah); his siblings, Harriet Susan "Susie" Irwin Thompson and Stephen Patrick "Pat" Irwin; his niece Kimberly Kretchmar; and his nephews, Rich Irwin, Will Irwin and Ernest Thompson. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Meeker Trading Company (621 Carl Hubbell Blvd, Meeker, OK 74855).
