He is survived by: his wife Dawn Mullicane; his children, Paityn Mullicane, Teagen Mullicane, Easten Mullicane, Ethan Guy and Ava Mullicane; his mother Robyn Foster (Bruce); and his siblings, Jerrica Shires (Chance) and Luke Mullicane. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
