He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tommy and Betty Welch of Old Hickory, TN.. He is survived by: his father Adam Howard Welch; his son Banner Preston Welch; his wife Madison Aileen Rash; his mother Christy Welch of Clarksville, TN; his brother Evan Welch of St. George, UT; his grandparents, Dick and Penny Huser of Clarksville, TN; his mother-in-law Dea Rash of Stillwater, OK; his siblings-in-law, Kendra and Justin Morrissette; his nephews, Kendrick and Korbin Morrissette of Norman, OK; and his grandparents, Don, Bonnie Muegge of Lamont, OK and Leola Rash of Woodward, OK. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
