He was predeceased by: his parents, Zoie LeClair Brown and Cecil Brown Sr. A; and his brothers, Earl Brown, Rudy Brown, Floyd Irons and Kirby Feathers "Turkey Feathers".
He is survived by: his daughter Kris Brown (John G. Hamilton); his grandchildren, Braxton Nokose Cecil McIntosh and Zoie Lauren McIntosh (Lauren J. Norman); and his children, Hugh Wayne Brown (Tiger), Thomon Brown and Becky Brown Worsham. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
