She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. McNeill and Leola McNeill; and her husband Truman G. Horn. She is survived by: her grandson Stephen Horn; her siblings, Nolen McNeill, John J. McNeill and Wanda Mae Clark; her sons, Marset Horn (Sharron) of Norman, OK. and Melvin Horn of Norman, OK.; her grandchildren, Michael Horn, Scott Horn, Matthew Horn and Jacque DeGiusti; her great grandchildren, Jacob DeGiusti, Brooklyn DeGiusti, Ella DeGiusti, Wyatt Horn and Charlotte Horn; and her siblings, Ruby Walker, Ellen Kennedy (Lee Ray) and Wayne McNeill (Carolyn).
