She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lawton Hurst and Georgia Florence Hurst; her former husband Tommy Edward Allen; and her husband Joseph Arthur Followwill. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Jean Joyce of Norman, OK, Marla Fay Jolly of Tecumseh, OK, Tommy Dean Allen of Purcell, OK and Tony Martin Allen of Norman, OK; and her stepchildren, Mary Lou Followwill of Tulsa, OK., Robert Merideth Followwill and John Brian Followwill of Oklahoma City, OK.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
