He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lewis; his sons, Jim Lewis of Norman, Jerry Lewis of Norman and Jeff Lewis of Norman; his brother Dennis Lewis of Washington, Oklahoma; and his sister-in-law Rita Lewis. He is also survived by niece, two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous other beloved family members and friends.
