Though Janelle may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Jernigan and Vivian Jernigan (Bowie). She is survived by : her son Josh Jernigan of Moore, Oklahoma; her brothers, Charles "Chuck" Jernigan (Barbara) of Edmond and John Jernigan (Marsha) of San Antonio, Texas; her close friend Teresa Cleveland of Moore; and her friend Amanda Ratliff. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Westmoore Community Church (11513 S Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73170).
