He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Smith and Lucille Smith; and his brother Richard Smith. He is survived by: his wife Erma Lee Lutz; his children, Sara Lorraine (Larry) of Los Angeles, California, Stephanie Smith (James Genova) of Columbus, Stanley Moore of Norman and David Moore of Houston, Texas; and his sisters, Carole Morriss (Randy) of Wichita and Susan Kendall (Kirby) of Wichita, Kansas.. He is also survived by his five grandchildren; one great grandson.
