He was predeceased by: his father David Wayne Higgins. He is survived by: his mother Patricia E. Higgins; his children, James "Bubba" Clark and Lyndsey Cullifer; his brothers, Mark (Tiffiny Brooks), Matt Brooks of Monroeville, PA, Mason (Rena Brooks) and Jacob (Christina Higgins); his grandchildren, Jax Clark, Jayden Clark and Lexee Cullifer; and his siblings' children, Major Brooks, Nicholas Brooks, Tyler Brooks, Chase Brooks, Barrett Brooks, Jordan Brooks, Austin Brooks, Samantha Brooks, Matthew Brooks, Micah Brooks, Boomer Brooks, Hallee Brooks, Hank Higgins and Alexander Higgins. He is also survived by 8 great-nieces and nephews.
