He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Orville Rutherford and Louise Carnes Rutherford; and his brother Terry Rutherford. He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Greenshields; his wife Susan; his children, Debbie Moon (Steve), Julie Blacksten, Steve Rutherford (Missy), Shannon Stultz (Rick) and Devyn Gardenhire (Damon); Marissa, Gigi, Linda and Ofelia. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous extended family.
