He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dowers and Dorothy Dowers (Boyle) of Mary's Hospital; and his sisters, Esther Ann Dowers and Mary Sue Cobb (Dowers). He is survived by: his wife Camille; and his children, Emalie Suann Eaton (Chris), Evan Alexander Dowers, Erron Thomas Dowers (Tina) and Graham William Dowers.
