He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Irene and Bud; and his sister Naja Hofbauer. He is survived by: his brother Mike Watson; and his children, Lindsay Watson, Taylor Orndorff (Koby) and Travis Watson (Lauren). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
