He was predeceased by: his parents, Reymundo Aguinaga Peralta and Felisa Cervantes Luna; and his siblings, Eloy Aguinaga and Romalda Aguinaga. He is survived by: his wife Esther Torres of Aguinaga; his children, Maria Concepcion Aguinaga, Susana Aguinaga (Alejandro Munoz), Juan Aguinaga (Esmeralda) and Carmen Aguinaga (Carlos Resendiz); his grandchildren, Juan Roman Aguinaga (Katlyn), Araceli Aguinaga, Arely Resendiz, Esmeralda Aguinaga, Diana Aguinaga, Daisy Resendiz, Ivan Resendiz and Karla Resendiz; his great grandchildren, Briella Aguinaga and Cambryn Aguinaga; and his brother J. Carmen Aguinaga (Catalina Mejia). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
