He is survived by: his mother Dixie Lee Cook Byers; his wife Susan Byers; his brothers, Gary and Dean Byers; his children, Logan Byers, Karri Shcolnik (Dan), Derek Elmore (Jairan) and Brant Elmore (Dallas); and his grandchildren, Alexandria (AJ), Katie, Jorjia, Jacobi and Elliott of Ian, AJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Meals on Wheels of Norman would be Dale's wish.
