He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Green and Irene Green. He is survived by: his wife Mary Green; his children, Christopher (Liz Green) and Kendra (Stephen Greenwater); his sisters, Gloria Walsh and Linda Cook; his cousin Sue Ashlock; his nephew Lee Ashlock; and his cousin Terry (Martha Courange). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
