He is survived by: his wife Heidi Butler; his children, Brittany Hankins (Aaron) and Sutton; his mother Phyllis Howard (Kay); his stepmother Pat Reed; and his siblings, Randall Reed, Dawn Estep, Robert Howard (Janet) and Julie Chase (Jeremy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
