He is survived by: his sons, Jackie Phillips (Christine) of Tuttle, Danny Phillips (Sherry) of Oklahoma City and Todd Phillips of Moore; his brother Doyle Ray Phillips of California; his grandchildren, Ryan Phillips, Kramer Phillips, Brent Phillips, Jordan Phillips and Alyssa Montesano; and his great grandchildren, Kramer Phillips II, Calihan Phillips and Addalynne Montesano.
