He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Oliver and Mary Oliver (Ross). He is survived by: his wife Marie Oliver (Rutherford); his children, Lisa Harrell (Oliver) and Tony Oliver (Laura); and his grandsons, Attlee, David and Nathaniel Harrell.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sample Cemetery-Covington Covington.
