She was predeceased by: her son Brian Florence; her brother Gary Lee Shoupe; her husband Ronald Bernack; and her stepchildren, Ronnie Bernack and Tryna Teague.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Wilson (Randy) of Moore, OK and Brett Florence of Midwest City, OK; her daughters-in-law, Trese Florence of Moore, OK and Heather Florence of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandchildren, Dylan Wilson of Moore, OK, Chelsea Bright (James) of Texarkana, TX, Tristan Florence (Sarah) of Moore, OK and Marjorie Florence of Colorado Springs, CO; her great grandchildren, Riley Wilson, Parker Wilson, Jackson Bright and Hayes Bright; her stepdaughters, Marla Garbutt (Don) of Midwest City, OK and Michelle Underwood (Steve) of Yukon, OK; and her stepson-in-law Ron Teague of Norman, OK. She is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation (AMDF) to fund research, provide education, and offer support to those affected by macular degeneration.
