She was predeceased by: her father Assaad Sleiman; her husband Louis Khoury; her children, Josette Kassis and George Khoury; her son-in-law Khalil Dina; and her siblings, Hanna Sleiman, Bitrous Sleiman, Youssef Sleiman, Boulas Sleiman, Antoon Sleiman, Victoria Chagoury, Frangeye Rouhana, Tamam Fadoul and Basma Rafoul.

She is survived by: her mother Anna Rafoul; her children, Leila Dina of Norman, Gloria Abou-Nassar (Elias Abou-Nassar) of Norman, Michel Khoury (Nouha Khoury) of Norman, Jean Khoury (Marlene Khoury) of Miziara, Richard Khouri (Vivian Khouri) of Norman, Rodolphe "Rudy" Khouri (Regina Khouri) of Norman, Lina Chagoury (Philip Chagoury) of Norman and Yves El-Khoury (Leila El-Khoury) of Sydney, Australia.; and her sister Marie Abed of Miziara. She is also survived by twenty eight grandchildren, forty two great grandchildren, and many extended family.
